www.naturapura.club is a reserved access portal, developed to simplify the placement of orders for customers with a pre-existing contractual relationship.

The access to this reserved portal implies the existence of a signed contract between NATURAPURA and the physical multi-brand store, that defines the terms in which the brand is to be sold in the multi-brand physical store.

The products sold via www.naturapura.club are reserved for commercial companies that own multi-brand physical store(s) selling goods of a textile nature, including the kind and species of NATURAPURA’s products

Validation of an order of a product offered on the Website implies that you explicitly accept these general sales conditions without any manuscript signature being required.

Failure by a Member to respect his obligations under these general sales conditions, may result in his membership account being suspended or canceled, notwithstanding any damages and interest that may be sought.

The Website is edited and operated by NaturaPura Ibérica – Produção e Comércio de Produtos Naturais, S.A., company registration in Portugal number 504621823, with head office at Parque Industrial da Pousa, Lote 24, Fração B, Lugar da Devesa ou Curros, 4755-411 Barcelos.

NATURAPURA is a company whose main object is the manufacturing and commercialization predominantly of textile goods (hereinafter referred as Products), being the legal holder of EU trademark number 6826011, corresponding to the sign NATURAPURA, registered with Nice classes 24, 25 and 28.

Article 2: Products and their availability

The Products are all of the goods offered for sale by the Company on its B2B Website.

Products offered by NATURAPURA in the B2B Website comply all legislation and the standards applicable in the European Union.

NATURAPURA ensures that the photographic visuals of the products faithfully represent the products offered for sale.

The website will showcase 3 collections:

The permanent range, with products available for immediate delivery.

The seasonal collection in force for immediate delivery, subject to stock availability.

The seasonal collection on pre-sale, with a longer delivery time, of 6 months maximum.

The B2B Customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with stock availability, shipping costs and expected delivery date.

Article 3: Payment terms

Prices of our Products are shown in € (Euro), excluding handling and shipping costs, which will be indicated when the order is definitively validated and will be included in the final invoice.

For orders in EU countries, shipping costs will be added to orders under 750€, as follows:

Orders up to 200€

15€ shipping costs

Orders from 200.01€ to 500€

20€ shipping costs

Orders from 500.01€ up to 750€

25€ shipping costs

For orders over 750€, delivery is free.

The non-EU B2B Customer must always pay the shipping costs, regardless of the order amount. The shipping costs will be indicated when the order is definitively validated and will be included in the final invoice.

In the case of non-EU countries, the prices displayed on the Website do not consider any tax to which the products may be subject in the country of destination and are to be borne by the recipient.

NATURAPURA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the orders are registered.

Article 4: Payment methods

Payments for purchases on the B2B Website may be made by credit card, PayPal account, or other agreed payment method defined on the contract, as for example  SEPA bank transfer.

All your purchase transactions are strictly confidential and encoded using the SSL protocol.

NATURAPURA does not have access to that data and does not store them on its servers. For this reason, you will be asked to re-enter your details for every new transaction on the Website.

Article 5: Delivery

The products will be delivered to the address you enter during the ordering process.

For logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver at postal boxes, military addresses, or any other location considered restricted access.

NATURAPURA reserves the right to split your order into different shipments. The handling and shipping costs will be invoiced for only 1 shipment.

The shipping costs and delivery date will be indicated on the order confirmation sent to the B2B Customer.

As reference, transit times range from 3 to 10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination. In the case of personalized items, delivery can take up to 20 business days.

The B2B Customer must be present to receive the order at the address indicated by him.

If the B2B Customer is not present to receive the order at the address indicated, depending on the courier, a note may be left in the letter box indicating the next delivery time or that the package will be put aside (for collection). Should you not be able to be present at the indicated time, please contact the courier at the number shown on that note to arrange its collection/delivery.

Article 6: Control of the goods upon reception

Upon receiving the Products, the B2B Customer must check the external condition of the packaging and its quantity to, if necessary, report the necessary non-conformities to the courier. The B2B Customer must accurately explain the non-conformities and sign and date the delivery receipt.

The B2B customer must inform NATURAPURA of the non-conformities reported to the courier immediately and at the latest within (48) hours and send NATURAPURA the respective supporting documents.

The unreserved receipt by the B2B customer assumes a satisfactory check of the packaging received. 

Article 7: Quality and warranty

NATURAPURA has an obligation to provide its B2B Customers with legal guarantees regarding any defects in the products sold.

In the context of the legal guarantee regarding compliance (with the contract), we undertake to:

  • Repair or replace the product subject to stock availability.
  • Or refund it the price of the product (against the return of the product), or a part of the price of the product (if you choose to keep the product).

NATURAPURA is required to supply a product in accordance with the contract and is responsible for any lack of conformity that exists in the delivery.

The action resulting from non-compliance lapses two years after delivery of the product.

Article 8: Obligations of the B2B Customer

Under the scope of the Contract already signed and during its duration, the B2B Customer undertakes to:

a) have the appropriate furniture, equipment, or decoration that motivated the acceptance of supply by NATURAPURA and others that may be suggested according to the respective standards;

b) use the Trademarks, inside the physical Store, in strict compliance with the terms and conditions of the Contract signed, committing to promote the sale of the Products in the physical Store, allowing customers to recognize the image of the Trademarks and trust the characteristics of the Products;

c) sell the Products exclusively in the physical Store(s), within the scope of the Contract already signed, being expressly forbidden to place them in any other physical or virtual store;

d) not market the Products under any circumstances at a price lower than the recommended price indicated by NATURAPURA, except in the case of seasonal collections (Spring-Summer and Autumn-Winter) during the sales periods defined in applicable local legislation and unless NATURAPURA has expressly given its prior written consent.

By placing his order, the B2B Customer expresses his full and complete acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale before placing his order.

After having registered the details of the purchase, and once the required information has been entered, the B2B customer must click on “Confirm” to proceed with his order.

The order will be confirmed by NATURAPURA through an order confirmation e-mail, with stock availability, shipping costs, and expected delivery date.

We undertake to accept your order under these General Terms of Sale.

Article 9: Disputes

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Portuguese law.

In case of dispute regarding the interpretation, execution or validity of these General Conditions, the Portuguese courts are solely competent.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution thereof shall be sought prior to any legal action.
